Seaway Marine Group owns several waterfront properties strategically located on the Saint Lawrence Seaway. In Cape Vincent, Seaway Shipyard is 4.5 acre commercial waterfront property, with an additional 1.5 acres of adjacent shoreside land. This property is conveniently located where Lake Ontario meets the St. Lawrence River. The waterfront property has deep water access, a protected marine basin and 23,400 square feet of commercial building space. The property is used for small shipyard services including dockage, vessel fabrication, repair and storage; barge loading; and a recreational marina.

In Clayton, Seaway maintains a commercial waterfront property in the Village which provides convenient barge and vessel access to the River and the islands. Here, we have two commercial buildings totaling 9,600 square feet of space and which are used for fabrication, repair and storage.
